Wedding Party Information Page
This page is dedicated to providing information for the wedding party. We truly appreciate you being part of this special occasion.
Here, you’ll find details for the rehearsal day, attire guidance, and other important information we’ll be sharing with the full wedding party.
Wedding Rehearsal Schedule (July 9th, 2026)
-
The wedding rehearsal will take place the day before the wedding at Louland Falls. During this time, we’ll walk through positions, review the schedule and timing, and get familiar with the event space, layout, and overall flow. We’ll also be coordinating with the wedding coordinators on all key details.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time.
-
Following the wedding rehearsal, we will be hosting a lunch for those who are able to join. The location is still to be determined, but we plan to choose a spot somewhere between Salt Lake and Lehi.
-
As a small thank you to our wedding party, we’re planning a special experience for everyone involved. We will share details as soon as the venue is confirmed, and while we’re working through final arrangements, the timing may be adjusted slightly.
Our goal is to host a traditional Nordic spa experience, including hot and cold plunges. We’re currently in discussions with a few venues to find the best fit for our group size.
-
Dinner details are still being finalized, including the location and timing, which will be coordinated around the Nordic spa experience. Once the spa venue is confirmed, we’ll share full details for dinner.
Please note that both the Nordic spa and dinner are optional, and you are welcome to attend dinner even if you choose not to participate in the spa.
-
For the remainder of the evening, we’ll be hosting anyone who would like to join us back at our home for snacks, drinks, and time to relax. We have multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas and are looking forward to spending more time with some of our closest friends in a comfortable setting.
We’re excited to have you as part of our wedding and truly appreciate the role you’re playing as a member of our wedding party.
The day before the wedding, we’ll have the rehearsal, followed by a few activities planned as a small thank you. While we’re still finalizing some of the details, we’ll share updates with you directly as everything is confirmed. Once finalized, we’ll also send out an RSVP link to help us plan for attendance.
We completely understand if you’re unable to make it to the additional activities, and we appreciate you being part of the celebration in any capacity. Thank you again—we’re really looking forward to celebrating together.
What to wear for the wedding day
Bridesmaids are asked to wear burgundy, and groomsmen are asked to wear navy blue. Ayla has been working directly with the bridesmaids on specific shades and details, and Nathan will coordinate with the groomsmen and officiant on their attire. This section is provided as a helpful reference in case anyone needs a reminder of the wedding colors.
The overall wedding color palette is shown to the right, and our florist will be creating pieces for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to help tie everything together.
Ayla will be wearing an ivory wedding dress, and Nathan will be wearing a linen tan/sandy-colored suit. To create contrast, we’re asking the wedding party to wear deeper tones of burgundy and navy, which will also be incorporated as accents in our attire. The officiant will also be wearing navy, specifically a heathered navy blue.
For groomsmen, the desired look can be referenced in Nathan’s engagement photos—specifically the navy suit, burgundy tie, and brown shoes. We will also provide example links to match this look as closely as possible.
For bridesmaids, we strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes or bringing a second pair. The ceremony will take place on grass, so narrow or high heels are not ideal. The venue also includes natural stone steps, rocky paths, and areas near the waterfall, so shoes that are stable and suitable for varied terrain are encouraged. Bringing a more comfortable pair of shoes for the reception is also a great option.
If you have any questions about colors or attire, please feel free to reach out to Ayla or Nathan directly.
